4. What type of PVC fabric do you use?

We use 650gsm PVC fabric that is:

• Low-wick

• Fire retardant

• UV-stabilised

• Mould and mildew resistant
  This ensures long-lasting durability in challenging outdoor environments.

5. What is RF/HF welding?

RF/HF (Radio Frequency / High Frequency) welding uses electromagnetic energy to fuse PVC materials together.
This creates extremely strong, airtight, and waterproof seams—far stronger and neater than sewing or glue.

6. Do you offer repairs for marquee covers?

Yes. We repair tears, reinforce weak areas, replace windows, restitch hems, and restore old marquee covers using RF/HF welding for a durable and professional finish.

7. Can you create custom sizes or shapes?

Absolutely. Every product is custom-made to your measurements. We can design covers, curtains, and panels to suit virtually any structure.

10. How do I clean and maintain PVC covers?

Use mild soap and water with a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Routine cleaning helps prevent mold and prolongs the life of the fabric.

11. What is the typical turnaround time?

Turnaround varies by project, but most custom orders are completed within 1–3 weeks. Repairs are usually quicker.

12. Do you provide installation services?

Yes—installation can be arranged depending on location and project type. We also offer DIY installation guidance if preferred.

13. Can you replace damaged clear PVC windows?

Yes. We can remove old, yellowed, or cracked clear PVC windows and replace them with high-quality, clear material.
